Anabasis Realty, LLC is a Jacksonville based real estate brokerage focused on residential and investment real estate in the Northeast Florida market. Co-Founder and Managing Broker, Bryce Ocepek, has extensive experience in the traditional and investment real estate markets alike. Prior to cofounding Anabasis Realty, Bryce worked for Berkshire Hathaway, Pineywoods Realty, and EquityPro where he brokered the sale of a combined $15 million dollars of real estate.

Market Knowledge
Bryce also has extensive experience as an astute real estate investor and project manager and has continually provided exceptional returns on every investment he has partnered on. Bryce is a graduate of The Florida State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis on Real Estate. Alongside his father, Mark Ocepek, they have also co-founded Anabasis Equity Partners, and Anabasis Home Buyers as well.

Anabasis Realty, LLC
Anabasis is the ancient story of the Greek mercenary army’s journey and escape from Persia. Known as ‘The March Upcountry’ or ‘The March of the Ten Thousand,’ Commander Xenophon played an instrumental role in encouraging the ten thousand mercenaries to march north across snow-filled mountain passes towards the Black Sea to the comparative security of Greek shoreline cities. The word “Anabasis” means the “journey up”, and we have adopted it as our company vision and mission to seek out and realize competitive value on our real estate journey.
